Healthier Cheese Sticks
the pin with the healthy mozzarella cheese sticks has been going around for a while now, i tried it a few weeks back and it was pretty darn good and easy!
All you need is---
Mozzarella cheese sticks
wonton wrappers
oil
pizza sauce
you can do full cheese sticks in the larger egg roll wrappers or cut in half and do smaller sticks in the smaller wonton wrappers. roll up the cheese and then you have some options pop them in your deep fryer, put a little oil in a pan and let them crisp up or you could bake them! serve them up with some pizza sauce for dipping! pretty tasty!
Enjoy--

Pinterest Wins!
We all pin tons of recipes and usually never even look at them again! So i'm going to continue doing Pinterest wins or Flops! I have 2 wonderful recipes that i have found and tried so i will share them with you along with the original blog post or pin to give everyone credit!
first off the homemade brownie mix- its a very simple and tasty recipe, ive made them a number of times and have even made ahead and stored them in my pantry! Everyone always loves them plus its inexpensive and i always have the items on hand! Super quick and simple for company =) I suggest doubling the recipe because it does make a small batch.
Recipe-
Dry ingredients if you want to make mix ahead of time---
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
wet ingredients to add before baking--
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350 in a greased 8x8 or 9x9
12-15 mins or however you like them mushy, cripsy... etc.. enjoy!

Cake box cookies---
I saw youtuber i watch make these and i have also pinned this in the past so i decided to go for it!
You can use any cake mix you prefer i did lemon ...they were pretty tasty- the batter was extremely sticky though so warning.
Recipe-
1 box of cake mix
2 cups of cool whip (which is 1 -8 oz container)
1 slightly beaten egg
1 cup or so of powdered sugar
Mix ingredients together roll into balls then roll into powdered sugar then place onto greased cookie sheet, i then smooshed them with the bottom of a drinking glass and baked at 350 for 7 to 9 mins..basically till they get a little golden around the edges or however you like your cookies softer or crisper!
They were yummy and you could do many flavors! I whipped up both of these sweets for when my aunts, mom and grandmother were going to come over to have with coffee! They were both a hit!
Enjoy--Happy Baking---
and comment or message me and let me know if there is a recipe or project you'd like to me to try to tackle!

Beer Dip!
Having a get together? like beer? My husband is obsessed with craft beer! So i make this dip anytime the guys are coming over for a brew day or beer tasting evening!
2- pkgs cream cheese softened
1- 8 oz pkg sour cream
1- packet dry ranch *i make my own that will be a whole differnt post*
1/2-3/4 of a beer we love to use different beer every time! Gives it a whole different taste!
2- cups shredded cheese
bacon bits & Green onion
Mix up the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, until you get it to the desired texture i use my stand mixer! add the beer and cheese and mix up some more i also add some bacon bits in because ...who doesnt love bacon!
Now pop it in the fridge over night or for a few hours and let the flavors hang out! Serve with bacon bits and green onion on top and with some tasty pretzel crisps you can get at most grocery stores!
Enjoy!!! IT's good even if you're not a fan of beer!
